Sr. Business Analyst, Richmond, VA:
Define strategic goals and objectives for business analysis initiatives aligning with business stakeholders. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements, conduct process mapping, and identify key stakeholders. Develop and oversee the comprehensive business requirements documents and functional specifications of system development and implementation.
Design and document workflows, business processes, and system interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional, technical teams and with key stakeholders to ensure effective communications, collaboration, systems integration and alignment with business needs. Provide leadership and guidance in business process analysis, optimization, and technology enablement efforts. Support the implementation and deployment of IT systems, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance end-user adoption and system proficiency. Monitor business process performance and conduct regular assessments to identify and address performance gaps. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and process improvements. Software Engineer UI Specialist
* Participate in multiple phases of project life cycle development including requirement gathering, software design, development, and testing.
* Must have strong hands on expertise in design and development of Front end applications using modern technology, including Angular 9, ReactJS, rxjs, typescript, Ajax, HTML, Javascript etc.
* Engagement with senior technology and business stakeholders for understanding the requirements, software design and implementation of customized UI components using front end technologies causing direct impact to clients.
